    • Please include photos of the damage with your report to assist in the verification process.

  3. Verification and Resolution

    • Our team will review your report and verify the damage.

    • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, based on your preference and the item's condition.

  4. Return Freight Costs

    • If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon delivery, Zephyr & Zinnia will cover the return shipping costs.

    • Instructions for returning the damaged item will be provided once the damage is verified.

  5. Inspection on Delivery

    • We encourage customers to inspect their furniture upon delivery and report any issues promptly to ensure a swift resolution.
